My husband couldn't eat the dinner I made last night...

Because of his OCD. Sigh.

It was a new recipe for crock pot chicken and he was looking forward to it.
After our 4 year olds soccer game last night we came home and were stirring it. We both noticed something weird in there. I pulled it out with a spoon. It was a sugar packet from our coffee thing next to it. I knew immediately my 2 or 4 year old had slipped it in earlier somehow.
He flipped out. He said he wasn't eating it because "who knows what else they put into it" and "he doesn't eat garbage". So he just ate mashed potatoes and peas. Wouldn't even try it.

Ughhhhh I so just wish he never even saw it. This is only one of a million things in the past years that his OCD ruined. He asked why it makes me so mad and I don't know. It just makes me so angry and sad all the time. Ugh.

You probably feel sorry for him and that makes you mad.

I definitely do. I know it tears him up. I f'ing hate OCD. Like with a passion. I just want him to be normal. But I feel like I'm walking on eggshells a lot so I don't upset the stupid OCD.

No. I've been asking/begging. He's refusing it right now. I know I know the cm answer is leave him but that's not even on the table.
