I've literally felt like I've had a cold for a month - pregnant

I went almost my first 7 months without getting sick, and then I sat in front of a guy at the movie theater who was very obviously sick :-/

It ran its course in about 2 weeks, then my DD gets sick, from me or from someone else. Then I start feeling ill again the next day!

It was bad for DD, but she was over it after a week, and I just feel like I can't kick it. I can't stay home and rest, so maybe that's part of it. I'll ask my midwife when I see her again on Tuesday (was supposed to see her this week but she is sick, ironically), but is this normal for pregnancy?

Your immune system is lowered so it is probably more common. That is why they tell pregnant women to get flu shots...because they are more susceptible to getting sick. Just have your dr check you out to make sure it's nothing more serious.
