I'm pretty healthy. I'm also a flexitarian so I eat very little meat (usually only at dinner). Today I had a Greek yogurt parfait with berries, banana and granola, a caprese panini on whole grain with spinach, an apple and a whole grain pregnancy cookie.

Apple
2 egg white
1 egg
I slice of cheese
Multigrain 100 calorie bread
Protein shake after the gym
Lunch
Turkey burger with Dijon mustard
Side salad
Snack
Carrot with peanut butter (skippy natural)
Dinner
Chicken
Salad
Side pasta

Breakfast-cottage cheese or oatmeal and a glass of juice,
Lunch-soup, yogurt or cottage cheese, apple slices.
Dinner-different every day,
2 snacks a day-popcorn, apple slices or yogurt.

My starts starts early so I have egg whites around 6, then Greek yogurt around 9, lunch is at 12 something small and portioned, today I had a quick chili I made. Then I have something around 3 usually carrots or an apple. Then dinner is a meat, veggie and a starch. I've adapted this every 3 hours eating a small thing plan! Works fabulous!

Today I had oatmeal, a few slices of ham, and a juice box for breakfast, a turkey sandwich with mozzarella, roasted red peppers and spinach with fries and coleslaw for lunch, and I am undecided about dinner...

1200-1600 calories broken up into 2 meals and occasionally a snack (when I have a snack is usually when it's closer to 1600). 1900 is what I burn in a day normally so I lose weight slowly. What I specifically eat varies greatly from day to day

a homemade breakfast borrito (2 eggs scrambled with cheese and salsa in a flour toritilla) -450 cals 

normally I don't eat anything else until dinner then its normally chicken, veggies with potatos or rice, or some other starchy carb food that i'm addicted to 


oh i just ate a home-made sugar cookie with home-made icing that a co-worker brought around for halloween treets! lol

Cheeseburger or omelette for lunch. Cheeseburger or two for dinner. Lately I snack on devil eggs or salami when stressed or bored.
