Tens unit not helping?

Normal? It doesn't do anything for my pain. I've tried all settings and what not.

If, I wasn't getting relief from something that's supposed to help. I would seek other help, maybe it's something going on that you don't know. Have you spoken with anyone about your pain?

Yes...the pain management doc got me the tens unit through insurance.

Tens units have never helped me. Have you tried getting a massage or stretching regularly? Stretching helps me a lot. Depending on what your problem is, you might need to see a doctor.
