I juice it when I make a green juice. You can also put it in a stir fry. The leafy green part cooks faster than the white part, so throw it in at the last minute.

 Lightly boil or steam it, put oyster sauce and fried garlic on it.

Cook it and eat it. Or just eat it. We use it often, it's very healthy, there are tons of ways to prepare it.

i freakin loooove bok choy!! i usually stir fry it with some seasme oil. toss in some soy sauce at the end. sooo good!
