Fishy got a new home today!

He had a small one gallon bowl and we used a wax warmer for heat and light.

I got a bigger bowl with and LED light. I also got him a heater.

What do you think?

That's not what they said at Wal-Mart, PetSmart or at my vet.

Wal-mart isn't a place to get fish advice neither is petsmart. There is no training at all to become an employee.

I doubt your vet is an exotic vet that works with fish.

A fish needs an gallon of water per inch of fish. Bettas are usually five inches long. They need at least five gallons of water. Along with plants and places to hide.
