Deviled eggs. With blue cheese to pair with wine. Salad dressings. Marinades.

Eat it.

It makes excellent sauces and marinades and salad dressings. I especially like to infuse mine with citrus fruits or other flavors.

Sprinkle it on a bowl of tomatoes, cucumbers, feta and red onions.

I slice strawberries and add honey and balsamic vinegar and let steep for an hour. It makes a great syrup for ice cream and as a water flavoring
.....as a sauce for Brussels sprouts.
.....balsamic vinaigrette
I add it to my spaghetti sauce.
I'm sure I'm missing something.
...balsamic flavored butter for steak
