What can I do to speed up recovery from a sinus infection or bronchitis?

Neti pot.
I usually suffer with them for days. Last Friday it was really bad. I bought a new neti. Did it 4 times, same Saturday, by Saturday night I felt way better and it was almost gone by Sunday.

Eat raw garlic.  Drink a lot of water.

I had what i think was a bad case of strep i managed to get rid of.
