Is it or is it not the coach's responsibility to be extremely familiar with each All Star organization's regulations for each level each team is competing in, and choreograph the routine and especially the stunts to where they are completely compliant with those regulations so as to avoid deductions?

Because I'm wondering if I'm "missing" something important, here, and wondering if we have the right to be irritated as all get out.

Over and over and over again? I can't count how many times they've either had major deductions because of illegal stunts or had to change the routine backstage to make stunts compliant.

If you want a more in depth answer don't leave 90% of the story out next time

I asked what was relevant. I obviously asked for a reason.

Most definitely. I wouldn't let did be at a gym that didn't. Get answers. Competitive cheer costs too much to not hold them to high standards.
