How do you know it's time for divorce?

Aside from the typical answers?

For me it was when we weren't happy, and I no longer had any desire to try to fix it.

Marriage can survive a lot of serious crap, if both are willing to work through it.

Adultery, abuse, and major financial irresponsibility. Those are just 3 off the top of my head. I'm sure I have 2 more reasons.

I used to say the three A's, adultery, addicition or abuse, but honestly, marriages have recovered from those things (aside from maybe the abuse), but if you can't stand the sight of the man and you see nothing but years of misery for the rest of your life, then it's time to do something.
