I went off on his boss

My husband works at walmart. His department manager is constantly TEXTING ME to tell him to come in at different times. I am beyond sick of this.she has his number and since when did it become okay to handle business over text? We have asked her to stop many times and she just wont. My number is on his emergency contact list which is how she got my number in the first place. Does anyone know anything else I can do about this? She texted me today and I told her to call my husband because she had no reason to text either of us and it was unprofessional. But I've told her that to many times to count. And yes I know that Walmart is a horrible place to work BUT he makes more there than he did at his previous job.

Call the store and tell a different manager, my husband also works at Walmart and I've never gotten texts or anything for him to come in at different times so that's what I'd do in your situation

I did when she texted me this morning. I told her it was unprofessional and she needed to stop texting either of us and needed to pick up the phone and call but at the very least she needed to stop freaking texting me and lose my number

Galaxy 6 I know with the 4 you could "block" them but still get texts. And us cellular won't block calls

Maybe read the post. He had a "real job" he makes more at walmart than he did there.
