Terrible neighbors.

I'm kinda hoping this is illegal..because I really want these neighbors removed.

I just watched my neighbor go door-door asking for water. He had his own gallon jugs with him. He even came to my door which I didn't answer. I then see him proceed back to his yard to wash his newly dyed hair with the water he had asked for. I'm assuming he doesn't have running water in his home.

Ugh... My neighbor freaks me out.

Why is this a problem for you?

If this is a one-off, no, it's not illegal. lol.

However, if this continues and your neighbors and yourselves start feeling harassed you COULD put in a joint statement at the police department and they'll come out and talk to him...But to actually get them removed is going to be a lengthy, arduous, and expensive process.

Not illegal here. Why do you dislike him?

Seriously, I'm sitting back thinking of the logistics of actually ousting someone out of their own home...Dude, it's probably NEVER going to happen. You could all get individual ROs and he could STILL live there. lol

Unless he made this a habit, I wouldn't care.

The people on my right look like hoarders. I cannot even describe their creepy disaster of a house

The no running water in his home.

This is only minor to what our neighbors do, but anything to get him moved out. It's a drug home and they are noisy obnoxious and scare me. I've even seen fighting on their front lawn which I called the police for. It's not a safe area.
