I'm getting my ds a $15 Easter basket from a local grocery store...who's with me??? And a little Easter egg hunt.

Is there anyone out there that DOESN'T consider Easter a second Christmas/birthday??

I don't treat it as a second Christmas but I make my own baskets. I've never seen a grenade one I liked.

*pre made*

Easter is over a month away for us though.

My kids will each get one toy. That's it. And maybe a chocolate bunny

I dont consider it a second christmas. I make DS a easter basket, but dont spend a ton of money on stuff for it.

This. Sometimes the baskets are big but they're not expensive. This year I'm thinking beach/pool/outdoor stuff. New bathing suit, beach towel, pool toys, chalk, etc. it makes the basket pretty big so people might think extravagant, but it's not to me.

My ds3 got paw patrol linens. No chocolate, no toys, no junk. He got what I know he would like that was not a total waste of money. Santa and the Easter bunny like to buy sensibly

Normally my children get some outside playthings and a bathing suit, towel etc....this year they need new bikes, so that is what they are getting. Our children only get non essential items at Christmas and Easter, so we don't mind splurging a little.
