What would you do in this situation?

My son is in 3rd grade.

He just told me this other boy has been mean to him all year long saying things like:

"Your the stupidest of all stupid people of all existence."

(He is not stupid btw)

"Your grossiest of all gross things"

You're an idot"

You get the idea.

He has been crying about it and wants me to ask the teacher if he can move his seat.

What would you do in my situation???????

Tell the teacher and ask to have his seat moved. I would also let the Principal know what's been going on.

Yes, tell the teacher exactly how he is treating your son. Also, ask to move his seat. The teacher and parents need to be advised of this child's behavior and he needs to be disciplined. I hope it is resolved soon.

Talk to the teacher about having his seat moved.

I'd talk to the teacher and ask his seat to be moved. If the kid keeps it up I'd go to the principal.

This. Also, I'd tell my child to tell the other kid to bug off. That he doesn't care what he thinks.

Quoting Danesmommy1: I'd ask to have his seat moved.

Tell your kid the other kid is clearly a very unhappy fellow.

Talk to the teacher about moving your son. I'm sorry. Kids are so mean :(

I'd corner that little shit and tell him to change his tune before I butt fuck his mom with my fist and wipe it on his teddy bear. Then I'd piss on his backpack so he got the message.

Just kidding. I'd probably talk to the teacher and/or the kid's mom.
