Does it mean that Hillary is more likely to win, because she has more votes out of everyone else.

These results are for the specific parties. So right now it's dem against dem. If Clinton gets the delegate votes she needs she will win the bid from the Democratic Party to run for president on behalf of her party.

It means she is ahead in the Democratic primary and is on track to be the Democratic nominee.

As for the general election, who knows? There are so many factors that affect that. VP choice, performance in debates, world events, voter turnout, etc. will all play a role in the outcome. Heck, even the weather can change things.

Currently, she has more overall votes than any other candidate, but that does not always transfer to the actual election.
