For healthy salty snacks. I got diagnosed with low blood pressure and my cardiologist told me to up my salt intake. What are some good ones? Thanks in advance

Pita crackers with hummus
Boiled eggs with salt

1 container of ramen and you'll have all the sodium you could need ;) LOL.

Salt is fairly easy to include in your diet. Salt your water when boiling pasta and rice. Put it on your food. The others above had good suggestions.

This!!! We replaced popcorn with salted edamame at one point in time. I really love snap pea and lentil crisps, and the lentils are a really good source of iron too. Surprisingly delicious! I've recently discovered just how much I love Ritz crackers and really, any cracker. Triscuits are amazing and come in so many flavours.
