Well I'm going to have roommates.

My husband and I are going to have his friend and wife as roommates. We'll have to see how this turns out. We all get along pretty well. They don't have kids, we have 3. Husband refuses to move into an apartment (which is where we were going)> We might get a 4 or 5 bedroom. All the adults (except me) will have a job. I'll be staying a sahm.

I've never heard of it turning out well when married couples let anyone live with them... I mean I would say communicate very openly, and/or have house meetings often so nothing has a chance to ever blow up...and good luck!

Quoting bluebunnybabe: Good luck. I couldn't do it.

How do you have a trial month? Are you not all signing the lease?

I'm hoping it turns out well. I won't know until it happens

It's month to month rent, not a year lease.

Oh, that's great. It may be fine, I just think that most times it isn't. At least you guys aren't locked in.
