I'm trying to justify buying one...

I saw a portable washing machine that I want for $100. The laundromat is tough to go to using the bus and it's 4.50 to do a small load in my building.

I really want it and it seems useful but I feel sort of stupid wanting it

And $100 is a steel!

If it's the financial aspect that is making you falter, figure out how many loads you have to do to make it pay for itself. I don't know much about portable washing machines, but if they are going to save you time, money and energy, it would likely be worth it. Perhaps count it as a birthday or Christmas present if it's really causing you guilt?

If I didn't have a washer, I would buy it! Great price.

The others I looked at either didn't have the spin cycle or were $200-300. But it does say only 10 articles of clothing but if I do our outfits at the end of the day it should work

I would get it in a heartbeat. With 2 elementary kids and a baby, I couldn't live without a washer.

It's more of a need than a want... Just buy it and enjoy the freedom of not going to the laundry mat!

To me a washing machine is a necessity. $100 is a steal I say go for it

That sounds like a pain in the butt.  How will you dry clothes?  Do you pay for water?
