I cant stand my kid right now

I love my child. But I want to run away, even for 15 minutes. Rude, yelling, disrespectful, obnoxious. Every single thing is a fight. I cannot get anything done. In a frazzled mess.

I know, I'm a lousy mom, I probably shouldn't have had a child of I couldn't be smiling the whole way through.

Saving any jerks that argument.

Clearly no point, I'm frustrated.

How old is your kid. I don't like being a mom most of the time either.

And you aren't a lowsy mom for needing a breather.

He just turned 5. Sometimes I feel guilty for not being able to hold it together all the time. I know it's normal. I'm just having a really tough time right now. And I figured that there would be some ladies out there to use the argument against me.

Everyone needs a break sometimes. Some people want to keep this image up as some super human mom. No one is super perfect human mom.

It's OK. Sometimes moms just need a timeout. In the laundry room. With a margarita and a kit-kat.

You're not a lousy mom...you're overwhelmed. He just turned 5. He is starting to assert his independence. What matters is how you react and discipline when he goes overboard. Be consistent and realize it gets easier.
