Baby is 14.2cm/1.1/19Hz I think this means 14.2 inches long. 1.1 lbs but what is 19hz? And is the baby small for being this far along?

Hz is hertz frequency, it's sound waves.

As for the size, seems pretty on point.

Size sounds fine. They really start to "chunk up" the last few weeks of pregnancy.

na, I think thats pretty  normal.

I had my big ultrasound today, I am 20wks6 days I was told my baby weighed in a 1lb already.. However I was told thats pretty big for this gestational age.

14.2 cm is about 5.59 inches. 

I don't know what the 1.1/19Hz is. 

The best person to answer those questions is  your OB.
