Took 4 pregnancy tests all together, all positive went to dr today. I am 4w4d, there was no gestational sack but a thick uterus lining. Anyone else had this ?

There could be one of three things going on:

1). You baby is hiding behind a uterine fold. This is common at this stage. A second u/s in a week or two will be much easier to locate.

2). You've had an early miscarriage and the conceptual has reabsorbed.

3). You have an ectopic pregnancy.

#1 is VERY common so don't think the worse yet. What has your doctor advised?

Did they do a quantative HCG level?

I wouldn't say that's entirely outside of what could still be a healhy pregnancy, especially if you weren't tracking ovulation. Women ovulate early or late sometimes, it's pretty common, so you could be not quite as far along as you thought. Honestly, I'm surprised they'd do an ultrasound that early because of that.

Yep. And 2 weeks later they redid the vaginal ultrasound and there was a little peanut growing inside of me.
