I've been working for the company a year. I've been at this new location and management only since October. I get 2 weeks vacation after a year. 10 sick days. 3 bereavement days.

Mine is different, I'm a nurse and work three shifts a week. We can have 4 occurrences per rolling calendar year before we get a warning and I get 8 hours PTO per pay period. I've been at this hospital just under 2 years.

I have no idea if there's a formal policy, it's seasonal work so it's not like I'm lack time off.

Damned if I know. It started accruing the day I started. I don't pay attention.

I'm not sure at my job I just started. My husband has been at his job for four years and gets 24 days off a year. Everything is combined

Every pay period, I accrue 4 hours of sick leave and 4 hours of annual leave. So 16 hours a month total. I can take up to 6 weeks of vacation a year, and there's no specific amount of sick leave that can be used. I've been there 2 years, but this is how it was when I first started too.
