How do you women do it? He helps

I am in school full time and have 4 children and a husband. I feel like I have no free time at all. I am multitasking most of the time. I struggle to maintain a clean house and keep up with laundry. How do you mom's do it? I have worked before but that when I only had 2 kids and they were not involved with any activities. So again how do you do it? When do you have time to breath?

Wanted to add that my husband helps when he can. He works full time and we have recently bought a house that needs a lot of work and he is spending his "extra time" working on it. Our oldest two help some.

I honestly went to college before hubby and kids so it may be easier because I only have work and the kids.

Why is it all on your shoulders? Five other people live in the house too.

No...that's definitely not how you do it.

You gave up free time and the right to breathe when you had a baby! J/k

How old are your kids? Old enough to have regular chores and help out?

Take note of your laundry. I realized I was doing WAY too much laundry because I would toss not-dirty stuff into the laundry room all the time. Pajamas or jeans can be worn more than once before washing.

Maybe consider downsizing. Do you have a lot of dishes or extra cups you don't really need? Maybe some clothes or toys can go. Simplify your pantry or closets.

Squeeze things in here and there. You can vacuum a room in just minutes. One room each morning and you're good. Give the bathroom counters a quick wipe when you go to shower.
