Advice on helping my mom

My mom is going through a divorce right now. She's been staying strong and reassuring my brothers and I that everything will be okay and that shes doing good. I just feel so helpless because I dont live near her (7 hrs away). What is something I can do to lift her spirits up a bit? Gift? Card? Flowers? Shes really into healthy eating and work out stuff/crafts and shes a hockey mom if that helps.

P.s. I send her positive txts on the daily and am being very supportive ect

Thanks ☺

Can you meet up halfway for a weekend at a hotel?

Or send her a cash card so she can do something just for herself.

Maybe send her a gift certificate to a spa for a massage.  She needs to take care of herself during this stressful time.   Can you skype or facetime?

Take her for experiences. Pedicure, theater, music show, dinner at the new place
