We filed our taxes today. Refund is $8400... but we won't get it because our student loans are in default so it'll be offset for that. What a bummer.

Oh I know. That's what I told hubby. At least it's getting paid off. But I could have done so much with that money. 😭

You have to pay your student loans. It's not even a thing don't worry about it.
