In the waiting room anxiously

My SO is in surgery for the bronchcospy for the tumor on his left lung where they will try to get a biopsy. We will know within a week what kind of cancer he has. The Dr suspect it is carciniod that is not common. I am extremely nervous now in the waiting room because they explained the risk to us. We are praying that he will get through the procedure smoothly. I have no one to talk to right now and I thought I come on here so I don't cry here in the waiting room. So....talk to me please :)

I'm sorry and i hope it goes well. Will he have radiation afterwards?

As of now, no. They said it is in stage one right now... They are taking a look at it now and we will know more. In mid May, they are removing his left lower lobe. Thanks.
