We'll grill anything in the summer. lol We had brats over the weekend, last night we grilled panninis, tomorrow chicken thighs with an awesome marinade and we'll be grilling asparagus to go with it. We grill desserts like peaches and pineapple, stuffed portabella mushrooms, you name it!

Pork chops and peaches! Just cut the peaches in half, remove the pit, and grill face down until you start seeing grill marks. Slice them up, and stack them on top of grilled pork chops. I like potato salad alongside mine. You an also do meat and veggie kebabs, with any combination you can dream up. I'll cut up chicken/pork/beef/whatever, and add veggies like white onions, whole button or crimini mushrooms, and bell peppers, and marinate them (meat and veggies separate) in italian dressing, then put them on the skewers over the grill. Add a salad and bingo!

I'm looking up recipes for baby back ribs on the grill. Maybe just a simple prep this time, with some bbq sauce after it's done grilling.
