Do you wave at passersby?

Obviously, this is for those in smaller towns and private roads. Do you wave? Does it matter what the car is?

I've noticed that I only get a wave if I'm in my newer vehicle.

Yes. LOL.

I don't know 1/2 of the people but in the rural community we live in it is expected.

Yes. Especially in my neighborhood. I don't care what kind of car you are driving.

I wave back, lol. People always wave at us when we're in a classic car.

I'm in a pretty big city and just wave to anyone in my neighborhood.

I've never really thought about it but I guess we do wave a lot. Last week we took my son to a friend's house. As we drove through the neighborhood I was looking at the houses and yards. I looked over at one house and there was a lady cleaning her glass door from the inside. When she saw me she smiled and waved real big. I don't know why but I thought it was funny and sweet.
