What do you put in your salads?

I was making a salad for lunch today and it made me wonder what other people put in their salads.  I change it up but normally I have:

lettuce, cabbage, carrots, radishes, red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, some type of meat (chicken, ham, tuna, etc), and sunflower seeds

For dressing I either use a little ranch dressing or Italian dressing or squeeze half a lemon on it and put a little pepper with it.

I'm eating a salad right now. Lettuce, bacon bits, croutons, dressing.

Depends but typically:

Spring salad mix
Carrots
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Sunflower seeds
Croutons

If I'm bulking it up I add ham or chicken and egg

I'm into balsamic dressing right now and just started adding pumpkin seeds too.

I'm a fool for caprese, so tomatoes, mozzarella, avocado, basil, and balsamic vinegarette. Oh and salt and pepper.

I have been doing Cesar with strawberries lately.

Or lettuce, tomato, red onion, something sweet like craisins, grapes, or strawberries, and whatever dressing...

Or some variation of the two.
