What's your opinion on using a breast pump and giving the milk to your one year old?

I pumped for my dd until she was 15 months.. I would have kept going but my pump died and I didnt feel like buying another.

Well, human breast milk is healthiest for humans in general. Why would anyone have a problem with it?

It is fine just like it is fine to breastfeed.  I nursed until mine was 3.

I didn't know the nutritional value for toddlers. Thats all.

I have no opinion. Ok, I guess technically I do. It's feed your child as you see fit.
