Just registered my 4 yr old for kindergarten. He's born and in December so he meets the age requirements for kindergarten this fall. Oh my little boy is growing up so fast!

Mine started at 4 too because our state is the same, he had turned 5 in October after school started. He's in second grade now and it doesn't seem that time gets any slower 😭

Wow, he's 4 going into Kindergarten? I wish my area was like that. I wanted to put my DD in K-4 (which is the 2nd year of pre-school here) but she missed the cut off so they put her in K-3. She turned 4 on August 8th (of last year) and the cut off date was August 1st. She'll be 6 when she finally gets to start Kindergarten.

My Dd will be 5 in July, she is signed up. My ds is a novel baby and our rules are different so he will go when he is 5 almost 6.

He will be going for 13yr minimum. Whether he starts this yr. Or we wait another yr won't make it any shorter. He's ready now. So we feel its best not to wait :)
