Should these women be able to sue for the physical and verbal abuse they suffered while pregnant?

Should the women from the baby scoop era. Be able to sue for the physical and emotional abuse they suffered while pregnant and while in labor?

Since they were held captive during pregnancy or labor. Or because they were drugged during labor, or held down during labor. Or because they were emotionally abused while pregnant or during labor.

Even though it is not possible to sue over their child being taken from them. Since it is thought to be in the best interest of the child. When social workers remove children from biological mothers & biological fathers.

Absolutely. It was a horrific thing. They coerced them, or simply disappeared with the baby against the mother's will. In my opinion, it's not better than abduction.

Sure, let them sue, they'll each get five grand when all is said and done.
