Like from the moment you signed your lease to getting all your stuff in the house? Couple weeks? I have to pack so much stuff.

I don't remember that. Last time we moved was 12 years ago.

I signed my lease ahead of time. But as far as my move in date, it took one day. I hired movers lol. They did everything. The only thing I had to do was actually unpack boxes. They took furniture apart, put it back together, hooked things up and placed boxes in the rooms that they were labeled to go in. Easiest moving experience ever! They even came back to collect the empty boxes. Their box service is free, they recycle and reuse for every move.

I worked on packing over time. We were done moving in a week. However I still have stuff that needs to be moved in and unpacked.

Well we started packing a box here and there months before we bought our house because we knew we would be moving. Actually moving our stuff only took 2 days. It only took that long because we just did the big stuff first and then did little loads of the smaller stuff later.

Last time we moved, it took us a week to go through the house (I had 4 kids at home, and one was a newborn).  My husband had already left to start his new job.  We had movers, but still.

Last weekend, it took us 2 days JUST to get everything out of our master bedroom and bath.  To be sure, it's not like moving - we had to have a lot of it accessible.   But after doing that, I dread ever moving again.
