I told my sister to cook the onions, what's the big deal?

My sister invited herself to dinner the other night and we were having pork steaks. Everything was fine except she wanted me to make sautéed onions. I told her pregnancy has made me sensitive to the smell of onions and I did not want to make any. I told her she was welcome to make them herself and eat it in the kitchen but I didn't want to see it since it's been a real trigger for me lately.
She was pissed I wasn't being a good host and making it for her but seriously my family has never done the host bit for family since they're here every day.
Other than that I didn't even invite her over. I was wanting a day of eating in front of the TV in my underwear

You can still smell onions cooking, even though you aren't the one cooking them.

She should have been more understanding considering it made you sick. It's not like you didn't have a legitimate reason. Some people will just whine about anything!

You weren't rude she was rude to invite herself, next time tell her No. If she shows up anyway tell her there is not enough for her which is why you said no then call her out on her rudeness.

Tell her to do it herself and then puke on her shoes.
