Should I cook this?

I defrosted it in the fridge over night. Take it out now and this is how it looks

Sometimes my meat that's been frozen looks like that after thawing.

Does it smell funky? If so I'd throw it out.

Sniff it and go from there. I would scoop out the weird spots.

Smell it, if it smells bad then no.

Smell it. If something was sitting on it it will discolor. Also expose it to the air for a half hour.

Smell it.  If it smells off, then no.

That's part of the reason why we don't buy meat from the grocery store...you just never know.
