Pasta salad, cucumber salad, roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, wild rice...

Mashed potatoes/gravy, baked beans with hamburger meat and brown sugar, this cucumber dish I learned from my MIL with sour cream,garlic,salt,sugar and paprika, a baked potato.

Corn on the cob, baked beans, deviled eggs, potato salad, pasta salad, rice pilaf, glazed carrots, baked potato, mashed potatoes, green beans seasoned with bacon, roasted veggies with evoo and sea salt(zucchini, yellow squash, onions and broccoli), grilled asparagus, baked mac n cheese, smashed sweet potato with cinnamon butter, fried okra, mixed veggies, sweet peas, beets, corn casserole, broccoli n cheese, smashed cauliflower, seasoned butter beans, candied sweet potatoes and various side salads.

95% of the time it's veggies. That's because I can get them cheap at Aldi and I can sautéed them in olive oil, salt, and pepper and done. It's fast and easy. Lol. Or roast them if it's something like broccoli or Brussels sprouts.
Otherwise if I need to be a bit more frugal then yeah rice (in the pressure cooker) or potatoes. Sometimes simply buttered noodles but not often.

Mashed potatoes, with or without gravy.  "Creamy noodles" which is what my husband calls a box of that weird cardboardy pasta with the extra fiber that he loves with a jar of generic HEB brand Alfredo sauce poured over it, mixed with peas.  I do not get it.  Scalloped potatoes with cheese.  The Big Salad. Which is a a big salad with lots of stuff in it.  Mushroom risotto.
