I used to love my job but now I hate it everyday I go in I think how am I going to get thru this day. There is a team lead that thrills on embarrassing me or making me feel stupid. She loves trying to fail me on calls and making fun of me for it.

I have talked to her and she says she will change but she doesn't, others have noticed it too. I am at my wits end and I don't know what to do.

My mom and DH think I need to talk to management but I don't want to be a snitch. I seriously struggle and someday a she treats me so bad and makes me feel so stupid that I actually start feeling maybe my family would be better without me.

My dad had a heart attack last night so now that is on my mind too.

Going to a superior could backfire, I'd save that as a last resort. People like that tend to back off when confronted and called out. I'd have a one on one with her and ask point blank what her issue is.

Go talk to your department manager and ask to be moved to another team.
