My ex and I have a 4 month old daughter who is now registered in daycare for when I have to work. My ex has visitation for 3 hours every other Sat and Sunday. His mom is a wet alcoholic who is actually wearing an ankle bracelet due to a DUI and hit and run. She has lost her job and had been served eviction notice. My ex and her want me to pay her the 1300 dollars a month to get and let her watch our daughter. I am seriously against this. Ex said he is now coming for a modification to designate his mom as caretaker for my daughter. Can be do that? Will I have to pay her 1300 a month

1 mom liked this

LOL.  Tell him to go right ahead and file for a modification.  Tell him the judge will really side with him if he brings his mom to court too.

With her record, I doubt it, but YOU will need to get it and submit it to the court as proof that she is unstable.
