My husband and mother in law are both giving me hell just because i said (out of fustration) "you sit in the floor your cleaning it up" to my 2 1/2 year old daughter. She had all ready shit the floor twice by taking her bottoms and pull up off. im in the middle of packing for a cross country trip (mind you im doing all the packing for 4 people all by myself). Well she took off her cloths again and squated like she was going to again and thats when i said it. Yes both my mother in law and husband are home and offering no help watching her nor help packing.

Ignore them, and maybe duct tape a diaper to the kid, until she can stop shitting on the floor.

So are there any adults in your house today? Yes they should be helping but swearing at your child for trying to potty train is verbal abuse. Pooping on the floor is obviously not good but the fact she knows to take off her clothes and squat before she needs to poop is pretty smart for her age.

They are right and you are wrong. ( I say that sarcastically) You should have said it to them, " since you two are here and not helping me pack at all, if she sits in the floor you two are dealing with it. LMAO.

Eh. It's not like you were actually going to have the 2 year old clean up shit.
