Can I get CS?

My ex has my son 4 days a week and I have him 3.

I am struggling so bad, we had to move into a 1br apt from our 3br apt.

I tried asking my ex for help and he said that he is tired of me being irrisponsible and expecting him to pick up the pieces. And that if I can afford going on vacation for half a month I can afford basic needs. And that he knows I get fast food and take out multiple times when my son is with me. and that there are ways to save money and I shouldn't be struggling as I only have a two person house and him and his wife manage on his income with my son and their two kids and our incomes are within $300/MO of the others.

I live in a higher cost of living area and am the only one who has to commute my son for school. It's horseshit

Well he's right you can save money by moving to a lower cost area and not eating out.

But you could try getting cs it depends on your state.

He's right. If you can afford to vacation for 2 weeks, eat out al the time then suck it up. You have him 3 days a week.

Why does your ex have him more?
