Nope.  It was before you were married.

Edit: The stupid excuse might warrant it though. I mean I doubt it was an accident.  Now if he said, he was super intoxicated and it happened on that night where he was supposed to be "celebrating" his last full day or freedom or something, then no.  It happened before you were married and as sucky as it is, it wasn't like you were in a full committment like marriage at the time.  However, the "accidentally" part may make you want to divorce him for fear of having stupid rub off on you.
