That I've seen this little Chihuahua almost get pancaked. I take my boys to school and driving home theres been this little yip yip dog walking right along the line at the edge of the road. This damn thing is going to get smooshed or cause a wreck. SMH I wish people would take better care of their pets.

I'd scoop him up, too, next time.
I agree, someone is NOT taking care of their pooch.

I have some heavy duty gloves I use for wild animal rescues that I'll use if it turns out to have an attitude problem. If I see it tomorrow I'll probably pick it up
