My husband and i let his mom use our car to go to Long beach to see her mom. I had to get something out of my car went outside opened my car door looked inside a compartment to get my wallet and i found some weed in my car (a joint). I asked my husband about it and he said it wasn't his. He talked to his mom and she said that she was sorry for leaving it in the car. I don't want to hear that sorry crap what if my kids would have went inside that compartment and found that joint.

She has to go back down south (her car cant make it down there) to pick up some things her mom is giving her would you let her use your car?

Probably not.  IF it isn't legal in your state it could cause you trouble.  Could your hubby go with her to discourage her use of it?

No. I wouldn't let her use my car after that. What if you were pulled over for some reason and ended up with a possession charge?

No way! Was she smoking and driving? Super irresponsible.

Dont forget the car is also being driven across state lines and the laws in each state she enters applies here as well.
The car could be impounded in some states if the mil is pulled over and it's found and is illegal.
