I won't hire people if their hair is not a natural born color ETA

Or if they have excessive piercings, tattoos, or a body odor.

If they cannot dress themselves properly at the interview, that is also another deal breaker.

EDIT:
FINALLY I can edit this since it's no longer a featured post.
By "natural born hair color", I mean colors that occur in nature. That means no blues, purples, greens, pinks, etc. OBVIOUSLY pubic hair is not included, what kind of sicko asks that kind of question?? At least 5 or 6 of you just HAD to go there. So dense.

And gray hair is fine, too, even if it's not natural greys coming in.  I am a fan of the grey hair trend.

My manager thinks it's discriminatory. I disagree.

I assumed these were obvious rules for most professions.

For hair color it depends for the job. Body odor is a deal breaker no matter the job

You would hate the girl I just hired. She has turquoise and purple balyage highlights and tattoos. Amazing girl, sweet as pie, hard worker.
