I have 2 classes wait listed. They are both CRJ 204, but one is on a Saturday and one is on a thursday. I am currently first on the wait list for both classes. What are my chances that ONE student will drop from either class? Just looking for a bit of hope here i know there are no guarentees anyone will drop. Also, in yohr opinion, if i go speak to the professors,do you think one of them might squeeze me in ?

Someone did indeed drop one of the CRJ 204 classes, I was automatically enrolled, and today is my first day. I have that class for the first time in an hour!! Thank you for all the positivity ladies!

I have no idea since it depends on the school, the class sizes, the demand, etc

It's not a fancy university or anything, it's a community college in new york city. I'm hoping so highly someone drops one of those classes it's the last class I need to graduate.

It's a community college in NYC, it's not a prestigeous school or anything.. I'm grasping at straws hoping!

I never had to put my name on a wait list for a class but meeting the professor might help since you are meeting them in person.

You might have hope then. I would go talk to the professor. Maybe they could squeeze you in.
