Nope, shes a bit older than that and still has to wait until its legal for her to do it.

I have a 16 yo and a 15 yo dd. I don't have an issue with ear piercings and I'm not super strict about body piercings but I'd probably make a 14 yo wait at least a couple years; I'm not the biggest fan of nose piercings.

It's legal where I live...with parental permission. If it were legal there with parental permission would you let her?

If she needs parental permission its not legal.

I had a friend in high school whose mother let her get her tongue pierced for her 16th birthday. She wasn't instructed on the proper aftercare and it became infected. Have you ever seen an infected tongue? Google images doesn't do it justice. It's the only reason I would say no.

No, a hole in your nasal passages doesn't make sense. Earlobes don't really have a function but noses do.
