I have a horrible headache which is due mostly to no soda and lack of sugar but im also starving.

Whats something healthy i can eat this late.

For breakfast i had a almond granola bar

After my firsr workout in 3 years i had half an apple and a few carrot sticks.

At 4pm i had 3oz of turkey breast and a zucchini that had been pan seared in coconut oil.


Its 10pm im starving and have a headache from hell. Ive also drank just over a gallon of water today. Im trying to limit carbs.

You need to eat more protein during the day.

They told me to only eat 3oz of meat a day. No carbs or as little as possible. Same with sugar.

You need to eat more.  Your body will not respond well to so few calories.  You'll actually lose less.  You have to have at least 1200 calories.


As for a late nigt snack, yogurt and fruit is a decent choice.

Drink a full glass of water and have some fruit or raw vegetables.

Do you have any potatoes in your house? Baked potato with coconut oil and lots of salt and pepper.

You only ate 500 calories today, that is why you feel that way! Cheesestick. almonds and berries.
