Go out for lunch with friends twice a week. You have more than enough time

Why are you cleaning so many hours every day?  Take an hour or two and go do something for yourself.  Like the gym or a walk around the park.  There's always time to do something for yourself.  And your bf should be helping with the kids.  Why do women allow their men to not help with the kids?

As moms, we always put our needs last.  Stop doing that and take time to do something you like.  If your bf gets mad, tell him to go fuck himself.

Sorry but it sounds like you're choosing to not have time for anything.

40 hours a week cleaning a house isn't normal, especially not if this is your day in day out routine.

Look for ways you're wasting time because I doubt you're cleaning that much.  Get out of the house.  Go do something for yourself.

What the heck are you cleaning for 6 hours? Do you live in a mansion or something? Not everything has to be cleaned every single day.

You clean from 8-2 every single day and don't have time to sit or eat?? How messy is your family at night? That's a bit insane
