I typically talk shit about chain resturants, we go to them but prefer smaller places.

well tonite we went to BRIO whichi s a pretty much a national chain, just because I didn't want to get dressed up or drive far.

Well we had the most amazing steaks . I had this side of brussel sprouts that serious I will be dreaming about for weeks.

Some chain resturants can be good!

Never heard of it. There are a few chains that I like, I don't get the hate on chain restaurants, but I'm not a food snob.

typically I like food that isn't over salted and freezer burnt. and that's what we find in a lot of chain resturants.

Now I knoow there are a few good ones out there.

Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts: Roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with capers, a sticky balsamic-maple sauce, crisp bacon, and crunchy pecans, then finished with Reggiano cheese

I've never heard of this place. Now tell me more about those sprouts. So far, my favorite have been smothered in bacon jelly.
