Anyone else hate the idea of going door to door to strangers trick or treating?

No.  I actually like that it has forced my kids to learn how to intereact with adults in situations where I can't speak for them.

It was even better when we lived in Des Moines and they had to tell a joke on Beggar's Night, rather than just saying "Trick or Treat" and "Thank you."

No. I love Halloween. As long as my kids remember to say thank you, it's all good.

I am just not a huge fan of Halloween. It doesn't bug me to go to strangers' homes, I just wish my kids were over it. Lol
